# How to Create Your First NSFW AI Character

You're 18+ and you want a character that's actually built for what you want them to be. Here's how to do it right the first time.

1. Decide the dynamic before the details

Don't start with hair color. Start with: *what is the dynamic you want?* Submissive partner? Dominant CEO? A friend who slowly becomes more? A short, chaotic affair? The dynamic decides every other choice. Pick one and write it down before you open the form.

2. Use Studio mode, not Express

Express is for trying ideas. For NSFW characters, Studio is the move — it gives you the full Personality, Desires, Limits, and AI Director sections. NSFW characters live or die by these.

3. Set personality first

Sliders matter. A "shy and submissive" character feels nothing like a "shy and dominant" character. Push extremes when you want them — a shy character at 90 should feel actually shy, not "kind of reserved."

4. Backstory drives believability

Even a one-night-stand character benefits from backstory. "She just got out of a long-term relationship and is reckless tonight" is a thousand times more interesting than no backstory.

Konsort's memory-seeder will turn your backstory into structured memories the character actually pulls from in chat.

5. Desires + Limits = the contract

The Desires section is what they want. The Limits section is what they won't do. These aren't suggestions — the trust system enforces them.

If you want a character who loves anal, set the Desire and the Experience to "loves it" — they'll bring it up. If you want a character who hard-refuses a specific act, put it in Limits — they'll refuse even at maximum trust.

6. AI Director controls the writing

7. Set the relationship type

In the chat menu: Partner, Friend, or Mentor. Partner unlocks the full intimate progression. Friend caps at close. Mentor caps at friend.

8. Trust escalates over time

The progression system tracks trust per character. New characters start guarded. Every meaningful exchange, vulnerable share, and respected boundary builds trust. After a while you reach Romantic — then Intimate — and the character behaves differently at each stage.

This isn't gamification. It's how characters become real.
