DMCA Policy

Konsort respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content hosted on Konsort infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.
